51100 Terms & Conditions — Platform Terms of Use
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing use of the 51100 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services. By using this platform, you agree to comply with all terms stated below.
Effective date: 1 January 2026. These terms are subject to amendment from time to time.
1. Acceptance of Terms and User Eligibility
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 51100 platform through our website or mobile application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions contained in this document, including the privacy policy and any other relevant guidelines.
Use of the 51100 platform is restricted to individuals who:
- Aged 18 or above;
- Is a Malaysian resident, or is accessing the platform from a location where such use is permitted under local law;
- Not prohibited by any law, regulation, or court order from participating in gambling or online gaming activities;
- Acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
If you do not meet the eligibility requirements above, you are not permitted to use this platform and must leave the website immediately. 51100 reserves the right to verify user eligibility at any time and to take appropriate action if eligibility requirements are found to be unmet.
2. Account Creation, Security, and User Responsibilities
Account Registration
Each user is permitted to register and hold only one account on the 51100 platform. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all accounts involved without prior notice. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a serious breach of these terms.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity that occurs on your account. 51100 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your login credentials. User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for ensuring that all activity on their account complies with applicable laws. You agree not to use this platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity. Any attempt to manipulate the system, deceive the platform, or use automated software without prior written authorisation is strictly prohibited.
3. Payment, Deposit, and Withdrawal Information
Official Currency
All transactions on the 51100 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). No foreign currency conversion is required for Malaysian users. Minimum and maximum deposit limits, as well as withdrawal limits, are subject to the conditions set out in your account and may change from time to time.
Accepted Payment Methods
51100 accepts deposits via the following methods commonly used in Malaysia:
- FPX (Financial Process Exchange) — direct transfers from a local Malaysian bank account;
- TNG eWallet (Touch 'n Go) — payments via local e-wallets;
- Additional methods may be added from time to time and will be listed in the wallet section of your account.
Withdrawals and Processing Times
Winning withdrawals will be processed to the Malaysian bank account registered by the user. First-time withdrawal requests require identity verification before processing. 51100 reserves the right to delay or reject withdrawals where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, a breach of terms, or a legal compliance requirement. All approved transactions are final and cannot be reversed once processed.
Transaction Responsibilities
Users are responsible for ensuring that all payment information provided is accurate and up to date. 51100 will not be liable for any transaction delays or failures resulting from incorrect information or third-party issues such as banks or payment providers.
4. Account Policy — Suspension and Closure
51100's Right to Suspend Accounts
51100 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account immediately and without prior notice under the following circumstances:
- The user violates any terms and conditions set out in this document;
- There is reasonable suspicion that the account is being used for fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other unlawful purpose;
- The user provided false information during registration or during the verification process;
- The user is found to hold more than one account;
- There are instructions from relevant authorities or legal compliance requirements;
- The user is found to be using unauthorised software or methods to gain an unfair advantage in games.
Balance in a Suspended Account
Where an account is closed due to a breach of terms, 51100 reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending an internal investigation. If an account is closed at the user's own request and no breach has occurred, any eligible balance will be returned to the user in accordance with the established withdrawal procedure, subject to satisfactory identity verification.
5. Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property, and Third-Party Links
Platform Liability Limitations
The 51100 platform is provided on an "as is" basis without any warranties, express or implied. 51100 does not guarantee that the platform will be continuously available, free from errors, or that it will meet all user requirements. To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, 51100 will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including gaming losses, service interruptions, or data loss.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, graphics, software code, and other materials on the 51100 platform are the exclusive property of 51100 or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any platform content without prior written permission from 51100.
Third-Party Links and Services
The 51100 platform may engage third-party services such as game providers, payment processors, and infrastructure providers. 51100 is not responsible for the policies, practices, or content of those third parties. Any links to external websites that may appear on the platform are for informational purposes only, and 51100 does not endorse or accept responsibility for the content or privacy policies of those external sites.
Changes to Terms and Applicable Laws
51100 reserves the right to change, amend, or replace these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on the platform.
